The app is called C-ROLLER.
Background : Could only get it to run on a iPhone 8 simulator. It seems to generate random numbers from 1 - 100, so far I haven't seen anything else change.

Guesses : It is waiting for some random number sequence to trigger something. I'll keep it running and see what happens. If you have any guesses leave a comment.
