Over the last week, I’ve cut down my phone usage to 1 hour per day after looking at the screen time feature on my phone and realising how long I was spending looking at my phone. By cutting it down to 1 hour a day, I was hoping to get a better understanding of where I was spending my time while I was using my phone, and whether or not I needed to be spending such a vast amount of time on my phone.
