1. Download a copy of Windows 1903 (18362.30) using TechBench.(https://tb.rg-adguard.net/public.php)
2. Set up Windows via Boot Camp Assistant.
3. Create access to group policy within windows using this link

4. Disable Windows Software Update via Group Policy:
* Press Win + R, and type in gpedit.msc to launch the Group Policy Editor.
* Navigate to Local Computer Policy - Computer Configuration - Administrative Templates - Windows Components - Windows Updates.
* Select Configure Automatic Updates and disable the service completely.
5. Upgrade Windows to 1903 [18362.295] from the Microsoft Update Catalog. Select the 64-bit non-server version. (https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=KB4512508)
6. Reboot into Windows:
7. Plugin your EGPU
8. Install the latest file from top left corner of bootcampdrivers.com
9. Follow this video (https://youtu.be/pmBWGdIGke8) to wipe all windows graphics drivers and install all your new AMD drivers
10. Go yo device manager and disable either a device that ends with (x8) for the left side ports of your Mac or (x4) for the right-side ports on your computer depending on which one you find least valuable (this is in order to solve the error 12 and free up power to your computer)
11. Reboot computer
