accidentally your iPhone call volume is low during a call, You have to make sure and Increase Your iPhone call volume during call time. This volume we can manage during calls only, Otherwise Volume button act on Media volume. So I am on call and I can Increase Caller sound during call time. If your Call volume is maximum then go with the next solution.

Also Turn off the Silent switch given on the left side of your iPhone, Orange mark on a switch that means silent and Switch is on, You have to Turn off, if the button is already turn off then turn on then turn off.

The third solution is to Clean up Speaker Grill.

Your iPhone has too many speaker grills on different locations for Microphone and Speaker for Output audio. after a long time to use needs to Clear any debris from the openings of your iPhone. here I recommend cleaning using a Soft dry baby brush. Or Use Mouth Air and Lightly use Teeth stick to clean up from each side with a very soft hand.

The Fourth solution is to Turn on Phone Noise Cancellation.

Phone Noise cancellation reduces ambient noise on phone calls when you are holding the receiver to your ear. Follow the step for Enable Phone noise cancellation, Open the Settings app then scroll to Accessibility settings.

Now, Scroll to the Audio & Visual option, and Enable the toggle Phone noise cancellation toggle. That's it, Take a voice call test, and Follow the next solution, if it's not working.

To hard Restart your device, you have to use Three buttons, Volume up, Volume down and side sleep wake button, Let's perform it, Quickly press and Release volume un and then volume down button.

Lastly, Press and Hold the Sleep-wake button only, Until you see the Apple logo on your iPhone screen. Here's my iPhone screen is on and Make a sample call test.

You are done. Your iPhone will reboot once and Test the Call volume on your iPhone. I personally fix this Issue on my wife's iPhone.

if the problem still not fix and Still software issues on your iPhone, then you can only fix with DFU restore.
