How to enable or disable background app refresh in iPhone

1. Tap on “Settings”.
2. Select “General”.
3. Select “Background App Refresh”.
4. Now there are two options here. Either you can disable background app refresh for all the apps at a time.
5. Or else you can only disable background app refresh for only those apps which you don’t want.
6. Tap on “Background App Refresh”.
7. Select “OFF”. This will turn off background app refresh for all the apps.
8. If you want you can select “WiFi” so that background app refresh will work only when the iPhone is connected to WiFi.
9. Now if you want to disable Background app refresh only for certain apps then I will select either WiFi or WiFi & Cellular Data.
10. Then go back.
11. Now from here you can enable or disable background app refresh for the apps by enabling or disabling the toggle button.
