Go to settings, general, and iPhone storage to see if the other folder is causing storage issues for your phone.

Other is usually files that don't get easily categorized like cache files or setting files.

So let's start with clearing the cache. Safari cache is where we can start.

Other apps have cache files too. So you can offload those apps and reinstall them to clear their cache.

The last option is to fully back up your phone to iCloud and restore the phone.
