The Atari VCS includes 4 to 8gb of RAM and 32GB of internal storage which for most people is enough, but if you want to use the Atari VCS to its full potential, you'll want to upgrade the RAM and SSD.

I also installed an alternate Operating system on the Atari VCS. I installed Ubuntu and Windows 10. You can install any OS that has a secure boot.
