So this has been a long time coming, how accurate is the heartrate tracking on the 2 best smartwatches of 2021? I am of course testing the heartrate accuracy of the Samsung Galaxy watch 3 and the Apple Watch series 6!

So Wellue reached out to me and asked if I could review their O2 ring, which is a device used for measuring your heartrate and SPO2 (Blood oxygen) levels. So I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to see just how good these latest smartwatches from Samsung and Apple, actually are! Now I will say that neither the apple watch series 6 or Samsung galaxy watch 3 were inaccurate, but there was some things I noticed about the continues heartrate tracking, which I will touch up on in the Galaxy Watch 3 vs Apple Watch series 6 video.

As well as contiguously measuring your heartrate and SPO2 levels, the O2 ring can also help with those who struggle with snoring, it will vibrate in the night if it senses your spO2 levels drop, causing you to turn over and stop snoring. A pretty cool device which gives you a nice detailed look at your health.
