Lisa Gade reviews the 2020 Dell G5 SE (5505) with AMD Ryzen 5 4600H and Ryzen 7 4800H CPUs and Radeon RX 5600M graphics. This is an entry to mid-level 15.6” gaming laptop starting at $813. It has a full HD display, and we have the 300 nit, 144Hz option. It has an RGB zone backlit keyboard, 2 RAM slots, 2 M.2 NVMe SSD slot, plenty of ports including USB-C and an SD card slot, and is available with WiFi 6. As we’ve seem from AMD’s Zen 2 laptop platform this year, the processor offers excellent performance and good thermals.
