Crypto Mining on iPhone App: Neuralium on iOS - Success?

There's a new app in Apple's TestFlight called Neuralium. Neuralium is a new crypto coin aimed at being economically feasible. They offer mining clients on iOS, Android, macOS, Windows, and Linux. There is a verification process in order to be approved however it seems very vague. After requesting an appointment, it says: "Your appointment has been requested. A confirmation will be received within a few minutes to a few hours". How though? Through the app? Well, we waited almost 1 week and still got this screen. Interestingly, while recording this video our appointment request was "reset". Has anyone else had success with this?
