Bodyglide review | Best anti chafing stick for thru-hiking

This stuff is insane, if you've never used Bodyglide anti chafing stick for thru-hiking, backpacking or any kind of extended periods of exercise then you're in for a treat. It's perfect for long distance backpackers who need to have that extra comfort, I used it on countless hikes in Wales, Scotland, the Rota Vicentina and the Pacific Crest trail and honestly I'll never do a thru-hike without it again. It's perfect for hiking, cycling and running and works really well in those hard to reach areas as well as your thighs, feet, face, and anywhere else you like.

The downside is it's almost twice the price for the same Bodyglide stick here in the UK, but I still enjoy using it and thought I'd make this review to show you my thoughts.
