In this view i'll be giving a brief overview of the M1 processor from Apple, unboxing of the M1 Mac Mini base model followed by a quick setup and initial impressions of the new mac mini. I'm a new Mac OS user, so will be giving my perspective as a Windows user for last few decades having used Windows from version 3.1.

For the video editing I initially used iMovie, which took around 11 mins to export the 27 min video. I also imported the same video in Final Cut Pro and was able to export the video in similar time. On a Windows machine it took me almost 25 mins to export a similar duration video (approx 1 min per min of video). The mac os is optimized for the M1 processor from Apple and takes full advantage of the high speed SSD swapping unused programs onto the disk and giving the required memory to the software that needs it in the foreground
