Apple M1 Parallels and Windows DOESN'T WORK?

I got really excited to try out Parallels for the Apple M1 chip, since they are the first to market with Apple Silicon support, beating out VMWare and VirtualBox. Well, even though Parallels might work, I still need Windows to work on ARM so I can try out Visual Studio. But while trying out Windows 10 for ARM, I ran into a few problems.
