New M1 Macs- Game changer for your keys rig or just hype? When Apple first announced their new, in-house developed Apple Silicon based Macs the tech world was skeptical.Then early benchmark testing results started to leak... showing that Apple's new M1 chip was outperforming almost every previous Mac ever released.

That and the fact that these new Macs are some of the most affordable in years had people starting to freak out a bit! But was that all just hype, or would these new machines perform in the real world?
