This version is v1.4.2 of Angry Birds. It was released on September 29, 2010 and it includes the final 15 levels of The Big Setup. This update includes at least 10 changes and among the many changes are the straightened pause and credits menus along with the level complete/failed menus now having un-curved tabs. This update also includes an additional page for the 2 new Golden Eggs added in this update. It removes the "curtains" on the title screen and the Birds now make sounds when tapping on them on the Title Screen. It adds support for Game Center (for users of the iPhone 3GS and newer, iPod touch 2nd Generation and newer, and iPad 1 and newer running iOS 4.1 (iOS 4.2.1 for the iPad) or later) it also adds retina display support to better suit the iPhone 4 and newer, the iPod touch 4th Generation and newer, the iPad 3 and newer, and the iPad mini 2 and newer.

This update also changes the episode colors of Danger Above from Light Blue to Indigo and the Big Setup from Light Yellow to Standard Yellow. Tweaks to a couple Golden Eggs are made in this update such as the Mighty Eagle's Beak Golden Egg (Red is moved closer to his friends) slight enhancements are done to the Helmet Pig's snout Puzzle, and the Angry Radio is given a bigger background. This update also allows you to advance to the next level/watch the level's cutscene upon failing a level you completed.

This update is also the last update (not counting v1.4.3 and v1.4.4) to feature the classic title screen, the original Angry Birds logo on the title screen, the Mighty Eagle's Beak and Helmet Pig's Snout Puzzles, the Blue Bird in the first Danger Above Cutscene, not to feature any promotions for other Rovio stuff on the episode select screen, and to not feature the Mighty Eagle.


It is a very rare update as it was only available on the App Store for 1 day before v1.4.3 was released on September 30, 2010 and later v1.4.4 on October 1, 2010.
