A Closer Look: Re-Reviewing the Paperlike Screen Protector

I’ve been buying Paperlike’s screen protectors every year since 2019. Paperlike’s newest 2.1 version? Is one of the best matte screen protectors I’ve used. Paperlike’s commitment to improving their product is awesome!

There are two things with this product that stand out to me. The first being the feel of the screen protector and the second being the protection it offers your iPad screen.

A few things that I didn’t mention in the video (or need to clarify):

-My iPad Pro has a giant gash from the box knife. I was trying to make it a cool scene but ended up an eyesore. I took a quick look at the coatings on my other iPads and the Pro seems to have a weaker coat that comes off easily? I’m not sure I actually scratched the glass but if you guys want, I can do a deep dive on it.

-I know the warmth/coolness of the screen protector is really hard to see. I believe I was able to show the difference in colour with other screen protectors but with it being difficult this time around just shows how little difference there is between the too. Now I’m typing on the same iPad right now and it’s night and day but again, if you’re not doing a side by side comparison, you won’t be able to see the difference

-For scratch protection, my iPad was tucked into a keyboard or case during my review period so it didn’t really show any scratches.
