After graduation, especially in the time of COVID-19, my life has been filled with constant anxiety and fear. It has been an incredibly stressful time not knowing where to go from here and what to do with my life. To get me out of the dark pit, I have tried doing the following 9 things to not only practice self-care and self-love but also cater to my personal development:
