Join Frieda and Toto on their walk to a mini castle on a sunny day in December. This small castle used to be a water tower.

The Ohrdruf water tower is located on the Goldberg and offers a great view of the Thuringian region. This 14.5 m high tower was opened to the public in 1911 as a lookout tower. It allows a clear view from the Kienberg in the south, over the ridge of the Thuringian Forest from Oberhof to the Inselsberg and the Hörselberge in the northwest. In the north you have a clear view of Friedensstein Castle in Gotha and the Seeberg.

I recorded this video with iPhone SE 2020 with Rhinoshield 4K HD Wide lens. The phone is mounted on the DJI Osmo Mobile 3 which is attached to the Walimex pro shoulder rig.
