I Realize That Apple Can't Be Perfect. But I've contacted support way too many times over the same exact issue with my same phone number over the past 2 years there has been no progress to eradicate this bug. Now I'm paying extra for storage I shouldn't need. No problem has actually been SOLVED if I have to continue repeating myself giving more of my time energy and resources to get the exact same result. This is unacceptable at this point my gawd. And android is worse. I'm just hopeless
