Garmin Vivoactive - How to force an auto-sync when activity fails to upload

Occasionally, after completion of an Activity the auto sync with Garmin Connect either fails or doesn't occur. This can be annoying, if you're wanting to analyze your data. Garmin provides no quick way to manually start a sync, so this video will show you how I figured out how to force another sync.
