Quartz watches are absolute marvels of the electronic era, and incredible timepieces based on incredible technology. In this video, I talk about how Quartz watches work, what fancy features are available, and the strengths and weaknesses of wearing a watch with a Quartz Movement.

Soon, we'll do something similar for mechanical watches, and then do some comparison. Nothing new for serious "horologists", and pardon the simplifications, but might help somebody just getting into the watch game.
