Phantom 3 Battery Failure

Please watch this video before flying. There may be an issue with the Phantoms "smart" batteries.
*** What I would also strongly recommend is that you go into Settings and the battery listings and select to have the battery voltage displayed next to the remaining battery percentage. With a fully charged battery this will be around 3.8v. It should stay around that amount for most of the flight. When it drops to 3.5v you are close to a low battery. When it's at 3.3v you should be ending your flight.

*** So it appears that DJI had release a new firmware that takes care of this BIG issue. I'd recommend updating to 1.6.0040. All batteries should be updated. Here are the (short) release notes:
1. In cold environments, propulsion output is automatically adjusted based on battery temperature
and cell voltage. Horizontal and vertical speed is also decreased to avoid triggering battery
protection.
2. Optimized battery management.
I've been told that there are some No Fly Zones also added in this firmware.
